We claim no ownership over any content you submit.By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your content only to provide the summarization Service to you. This license does not allow us to use your content for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.You warrant that you own or have full rights to submit your User Content, and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights.

5. Data & AI Training Policy

We have a strict policy: we do not use any User Content, uploaded files, or generated summaries to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models under any circumstances.User Content is only stored for as long as needed to deliver your summaries and maintain Service functionality. Temporary processing data is deleted immediately after summarization, and you may delete your stored content from your account at any time. We retain no user data longer than required, unless required by UK law.We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect all user data and prevent unauthorized access.

8. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

The Service offers free limited access and paid subscription plans with full features, higher usage limits, and priority processing. All paid subscriptions require upfront payment for the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees, including applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free Service, or complete accuracy of AI-generated summaries. You accept that AI outputs may contain errors and should be verified before use.To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Stextify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or stop using the Service at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.We may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you breach these Terms, with no refund of prepaid fees.On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and relevant provisions (liability, intellectual property, data terms) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
